After filling out their intensive discovery documents, we basically sat back and saw our brand represented perfectly online. Our small non-profit organization based on Cape Cod was looking to update our old website. It looked antiquated and we inherited many legacy issues that affected us editing and updating the site properly and with ease. After speaking with a handful of local firms, we chose 118Group to redesign our whole website. We are very pleased with the results. It has a fresh new look, is easy for users to navigate, and is much easier to make necessary updates and edits. We worked mainly with Hannah, who was always very quick to respond to our questions, concerns, and feedback. She was a pleasure - and very professional. 118 Group helped us with the rebuild and redesign of our website, which was a difficult undertaking, as the site was hosted on another server and there were multiple agencies involved. Dylan coordinated the project with professionalism, directing us all efficiently toward the same goal.Our existing site was built around a custom theme, which made expansion or modification almost impossible. The fact that the site was not utilising Wordpress's built-in updates was also compromising accessibility. So, we worked with 118 Group to replicate the structure and overall look of the original site while basically rebuilding it and refreshing the design. The team's expertise in Wordpress was evident throughout this process and I was amazed at how quickly they completed the work.118 Group were really accommodating of our unique situation and every time a problem arose they scheduled time to speak directly with us in order to find a resolution. No problem was too complex or difficult for them to solve! And it was great to be involved in the resolution process. You get the impression that making the client happy is really important to the whole team.Dylan, in particular, took the time to explain the technical side of things to me in layman's terms so that, as a client, I could understand why certain steps needed to be taken. This made me feel really secure and confident throughout the whole process.I think the best thing about working with the team was how responsive they were. When working with agencies in the past, we have experienced long delays due to a lack of communication so working with Dylan and the team was a breath of fresh air, as we could contact them any time and expect a reply within a couple of hours max.I would highly recommend working with 118 Group on any future project!
