When beginning the transition of your website to our account, our team will need access to your domain registrar and existing webhost. A typical migration can take a few hours to fully complete. Once this is done, our team will test the site to make sure everything was moved over smoothly.
118Group does not provide email services or hosting. We generally recommend using GSuite for smaller operations. When transitioning to websites to our hosting, we leave the email as-is, if it is working correctly.
Once you have been transitioned to our hosting account, we are your support team for anything that happens with your site. You can call, email, or chat with us if something isn’t working correctly. We also have a dedicated “urgent@118group.com” inbox for time-sensitive issues.
